In this assignment we have to analyze the structure, culture and service & quality management of ISS facility services. In order to do this, we have five interviews with representatives of the company. The representatives of the company will provide us the information about ISS facility services. That information together with theories from the recommended literature will be the basis of the analysis. Based on this analysis we have to give conclusions and recommendations. These could contain advise on processes within the company, the company culture or other bottlenecks in the company. We will provide the company at least five innovations. These analysis and conclusions and recommendations have to be presented by means of an advisory report and a sales pitch.
During the project we will provide the commissioner and our tutor/theme manager information about the project by means of a weblog. Information about our team, the assignment, updates on the project development and our final advise will be posted on the weblog.
